Is Salesforce’s own feature enough?
Salesforce's own set-up may be enough if your content is already in published Knowledge articles and your admin can set up Data 360 and a Data Library. Agentforce's Answer Questions with Knowledge action needs a Data Library, so Data 360 is needed even for Knowledge articles, and libraries use Data 360 credits. Enterprise edition and above can provision Data 360 at no cost with a starting allowance. What Salesforce's set-up doesn't tell you is whether your content answers the questions people really ask, or whether the agent's answers are right.
