Is Salesforce’s own feature enough?
Salesforce duplicate and matching rules catch duplicates when records are created or edited. Duplicate jobs scan existing accounts, contacts and leads across your org, but only in Performance and Unlimited editions, and they list duplicates for someone to review and merge. Data 360 identity resolution builds unified profiles on top of records and leaves the duplicates in Sales and Service Cloud, where agents act.
