What’s included.
- A Flex Credit run-rate forecast per agent, with a monthly cost forecast
- Resolution billing covered: Salesforce's Help Agent (Casey) is billed per resolution, $2 USD or 400 Flex Credits each, and escalated or abandoned sessions cost nothing. We forecast resolutions and escalations together, so a cheap month can't hide an agent that gives up
- One identity per agent, Digital Wallet's per-agent consumption report and alerts, plus Data 360 credit alerts
- A simple on/off switch per agent that your admin controls, tested to stop an agent in under a minute
- If you already have MuleSoft Agent Fabric: we set up and tune its budgets, dashboard and kill switch instead of building our own
Is Salesforce’s own feature enough?
Salesforce Digital Wallet shows Flex Credit use by agent and by action, and sends alerts at thresholds you set. It never blocks or pauses an agent when you pass your entitlement. MuleSoft Agent Fabric, a separate MuleSoft product, has a manual kill switch, a FinOps dashboard, Model Wallet budgets on AI model spend and cost optimization policies. We have not seen it documented as controlling Agentforce Flex Credits in a normal Salesforce org. If you only need to see and be alerted on spend, or you already run Agent Fabric, these may be enough. What we add is a run-rate forecast built from your own volumes and a tested on/off switch for each agent.
