§01Production layer

Groundwork

Five steps that get your org ready to run agents you can trust, with your first agent included.

§02Five steps

What we do and how we check it.

StepThe workThe check
1. Data readyDedupe and merge existing records, fix the fields agents read, set duplicate and validation rules so it stays clean. Where an agent answers from knowledge, PDFs, SharePoint, Drive or transcripts: knowledge grounding through Data 360 (Data Library and a retriever) inside your free Data 360 allowance where it fits.Duplicate rate and field fill rate against agreed thresholds (for example under 5% duplicates, 85%+ filled), measured before and after. For grounding: an answer test set scored for correct source and correct answer.
2. Access readyAgent users, permission sets, sharing review, field-level security. For Claude: Salesforce MCP scopes and write policy, tested as real users.A test run as each agent user and two real user profiles shows exactly what each can see and change.
3. Cost guardrailsA Flex Credit run-rate forecast per agent, one identity per agent and Digital Wallet alerts, plus a simple on/off switch per agent that your admin controls. If you already have MuleSoft Agent Fabric (a separate MuleSoft product), we set up and tune its budgets, dashboard and kill switch instead of building our own.A monthly cost forecast per agent, and a tested kill switch that stops an agent in under a minute.
4. TestedA scenario suite per agent, written from your team's real questions and confirmed true answers, with pass thresholds agreed with you. Run in Agentforce Testing Center (or Agent Evals in MuleSoft Agent Fabric once available, if you have it), with French scenarios where needed. Re-run after each Salesforce release.A pass rate against the agreed scenarios before go-live and after every release.
5. Governed and monitoredNamed owners, a change process, an agent register, a monitoring dashboard (sessions, errors, credits, outcomes).Your admin can pause, adjust and report on every agent without us.
§03Fixed scope

Two tiers.

Includes your first agent from the catalogue (clusters A, B or C): Simple tier in Essentials, Standard tier in Professional.

Service Agent Accelerator includes its own production setup for the service channel, so it is sold on its own or with Professional.

Fixed price, USD

Essentials
$12,500
4 weeks
Professional
$24,000
8 weeks
§04The alternative

Is Salesforce’s own feature enough?

Salesforce's own setup guides, Agentforce Testing Center and, for MuleSoft customers, Agent Fabric cover parts of steps 3 and 4. They do not review your data or access, or write the test content for you.

§06Three amounts

What it costs, split three ways.

All prices in USD.

What you pay anyone else
Nothing for the setup. Claude seats, if you add them, are billed by Anthropic.
What you pay ArkeAgents
$12,500 or $24,000, agreed before we start.
§07Next step

Start with a call.

Tell us which agent you want first and where your org stands. We’ll confirm the tier and the price before anything starts.
